Rodney and Stephen, having worked together for twenty years, have recently been joined by Alistair and David as the four Directors of Hall Black Douglas Ltd. Mervyn continues to work part time in the practice with a roving remit in design review.
John as an associate and the senior staff work in informal groups responding to the demands of varying projects, creating small teams within the office.
The staff are encouraged to be involved in the wider profession, and in the teaching and tutoring of students.
Continuing Professional Development is encouraged with a regular in-house programme of seminars and visiting presentations, and involvement in outside courses and conferences.
