The brief for the improved dining facilities and new restaurant at The Mount Business and Conference Centre, was threefold in its requirements: to provide a robust yet sophisticated fit out, capable of accommodating high volumes of conference patrons, with a self service lunch menu; to provide casual accommodation, to encourage the general public to enjoy morning/afternoon coffees; and to provide a stylish, new restaurant venue for east Belfast.
