The exemplar design for the 312 bed acute hospital in the south west was prepared in conjunction with TODD Architects. The Northern Ireland Health Group were appointed in September 2008 as the preferred PFI bidder and work has commenced on-site.

Both architects are retained on the client advisor team throughout the contract.
