The development of the Willowfield Site, to provide a dementia friendly supported housing scheme, is the second initiative of joint planning and commissioning between the Clanmil and South & East Belfast Health and Social Services Trust.

The scheme provides 5 large family type houses, each accommodating 6 people with state of the art assistive and enabling technologies and providing 24 hour social / domestic support.
