This scheme is a re-working and extension of a ten year old house to provide a much more open plan layout. The scheme had to be designed within a strict planning permission and seeks to provide a contemporary scheme which sits well in the rolling Co Down landscape.

The scheme is currently on-site and due to complete this summer.
